Part Time Experienced Bookkeeper

2-3 days/week 4 hours/day

$18/hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

The part time bookkeeper is responsible for, but not limited to, mail processing, accounts payables, maintaining the day-

to-day accounting functions and performing general accounting functions, as required. The bookkeeper will report directly

to the executive assistant.

JOB DUTIES:

 Full cycle Accounts Receivable including preparation of monthly payables and maintaining vendor records

 Accounts Payable including purchase orders and vendor records maintenance

 Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the executive assistant

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 QuickBooks experience

 Five (5) years of experience in related field

 Organizational skills

Skills/Qualifications:

 Advanced accounting software training

 Experience with Quickbooks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
