Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is a 3rd party search firm recruiting for an education organization's part-time Bookkeeper. The role will be 20 hours per week, on-site, not hybrid nor remote.

This position is with a great culture - youth education; energized, lively and with a positive environment. The role requires a high level of confidentiality and therefore reports directly to the school principal. Duties and responsibilities include the following:

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the FACTS software for all school families, which includes the following:
• Enrollment of all families on FACTS to maintain student and family information o Manage the collection of all tuition payments through FACTS, including registration fees, fund raising dollars, hot lunch proceeds, and all incidental income
• Responsible for all accounts payable
• Responsible for managing the financial books and reporting to the principal
• In conjunction with the principal, prepare the annual school budget
• Manage the school employee payroll
• Manage the income, expenses, and payroll for the Before and After School Programs and the Summer Camp
• Interfaces with the PTO Board and the School Advisory Board and represents the school at the Board meetings.
• Manages SCRIP sales, inventory, and accounting
• Manages the PTO finances
• Manages the internal financial aid process
• Other duties as assigned by the principal

Requirements:

3 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience

Desire to be a part-time employee, 20 hours per week

Compensation:

$20,000 annually, no benefits
