1. **Team Leadership:**
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing front-of-house team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
2. **Customer Service:**
- Uphold and enhance The Branch's commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
3. **Operations Management:**
- Oversee day-to-day taproom operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with vendors to maintain stock.
4. **Quality Control:**
- Monitor and maintain the quality of beer service, ensuring proper pouring and presentation.
- Conduct regular checks on cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the taproom.
5. **Event Coordination:**
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and collaborations to drive foot traffic.
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging promotions and campaigns.
6. **Financial Management:**
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets and control costs.
7. **Training and Development:**
- Provide ongoing training to staff on beer knowledge, service standards, and policies.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
