    Position Summary
    Responsible for overall profitability of the Branch and supervision of all departments within that location. The Branch Manager also performs duties that are inherent to all supervisory positions.
    Responsibilities
    • Assumes the overall responsibility for Branch operations. Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with the branch staff; providing guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Executive team to set performance standards. Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
    • Works with the Marketing Dept. and on creating promotional activities for the Branch. Assures adequate training is conducted for employees as new promotions and product ideas are introduced.
    • Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
    • Responsible for Branch forecast, including profit and loss statements, and sales and inventory reports. Reviews and ensures the accuracy of the reports. Maintains Branch price matrix.
    • Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build good relationships.
    • Attends required training sessions.

    • Must be able to lift 100 pounds on an infrequent basis and 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
