- Manage daily operations of a powersports retail and service center

- Oversee sales, rentals, and repair coordination

- Lead and develop a team of marketing and service professionals

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting

- 10 years of management and leadership experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
