Responsibilities:

· Assisting current Tredas broker in developing in client management & lead development.

· Actively seek out new customers while servicing your growing book of clients.

· Proactive communicator who anticipates clients’ wants & needs.

· Educating clients on a multitude of marketing tools available and assessing price risk.

· Devise a plan for your producer and execute the plan on their behalf.

· Build client relationships and communicate market positions on a regular basis.

· Has a growth-mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
