We are hiring a Business Development Coordinator for our growing team! You will coordinate and manage the administrative functions for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the administrative functions for the department including but not limited to, time keeping, budgets, receipts, reporting, and office organization.
- Assist the SR Director of Business Development and SVP of Business Development with new projects.
- Assist the SR Director of Business Development and SVP of Business Development with screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments.
- Assist the Project Manager with new projects.
- Design and build new projects within the project management software WRIKE and Google drive forms.
- Manage job descriptions and other documents for the department.
- Organize, plan, and assist with launching new service lines, programs, and projects.
- Manage the SR Director of Business Development and SVP of Business Development calendar.
- Assist with managing other departments and employees within the Business Development department.
- Coordinate and manage high level priorities for SR Director of Business Development and SVP of Business Development.
- Set up meetings, make travel arrangements as needed.
- Potential for weekly travel and occasional overnight trips.
- Attend meetings and keep detailed meeting minutes.
- The Business Development Coordinator for Business Development is expected to protect the privacy of all employees and persons served/client information in accordance with Addiction Recovery Care’s privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with the general principle of professionalism as a healthcare provider.
- The Business Development Coordinator may access protected health information (PHI) and other persons served/client information only to the extent that is necessary to complete your job duties. The incumbent may only share such information with those who have a need to know specific persons served/client information to complete their job responsibilities related to treatment, payment or other Addiction Recovery Care
- The Business Development Coordinator is encouraged and expected to report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.'s policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.
- Maintain a respectful relationship with persons served/clients.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition towards fellow staff.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with Addiction Recovery Care staff and persons served/clients alike.
- Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
- Ability to interact with a multidisciplinary team to assist in facets of the recovery program relating to physical health.
- Protect the privacy of all persons served/client information in accordance with Addiction Recovery Care’s privacy policies, procedures, and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with the general principle of professionalism as a healthcare provider.
- Expected to report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding Addiction Recovery Care policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.

Key Experience and Education Needed:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two years of experience in an office or administrative setting required
- Experience working/developing in project management preferred.
