Business Development Associate, Sr. jobs in Middlesex, NJ

Sea View Auto Corp. is looking for an experienced bi-lingual BDC Associate to effectively communicate with our customers. Successful candidates will be organized, have the ability to multi-task, work in a fun team environment and be able to represent the dealership in a positive, professional manner.

Responsibilities:

As a BDC representative you will be responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads over the internet, phone and in person. Excellent customer service skills are required.

• Respond to all customer email inquiries by email, phone and text
• Communicate with customers effectively and professionally
• Must have the ability to adapt to new software programs including our CRM and other numerous software programs
• Schedule appointments with customers with our sales team
• Confirm appointments and conduct follow-up with customers
• Ability to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer phone calls, emails and texts

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
