The Director of Business Development (DBD) is a key member of the Crest Leadership Team who manages the facility inquiry process & admission process and provides customers with facility related information via facility tours, personal visits/assessments, conversations and follow-up. The DBD coordinates and implements effective facility sales and marketing programs.
Your Job
This is a leadership position reporting to the Administrator and working in conjunction with our Vice President of Business Development to support the company in its efforts to achieve facility and regional goals and objectives. The focus is on increasing occupancy and revenue by providing a liaison relationship with hospital case workers, discharge planners, and physicians with hands-on support, guidance and direction to facility staff in the development and implementation of programs to enhance the customer experience and bring peace of mind to our customers.
