  • As a Senior Business Development Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our Intelligrated business. You will be the liaison between the business and IT solutions to define customer requirements for the deployment of business applications. You will support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption of applications. Your technical and project management skills will be key to ensuring the delivery of highly effective solutions that improve IT user experience. You will analyze market trends, conduct market research, and develop strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This role will require application configuration, interface, testing, deployment, and administration.

    KEY Duties and Responsibilities
    · Manage the application change requests, work with IT, Cyber Security, and Engineering, and manage the Software Development Life Cycle as a Business Product Owner.
    · Utilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, identify key metrics and KPIs, and lead the design and implementation Enterprise IT Applications.
    · Establish relationships with internal organizations and suppliers to provide technical solutions and influence strategic initiatives, provide technical solutions through the analysis of business workflows and an understanding of business needs.
    · Provide ad-hoc data requests using SQL interface, development, and script execution from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, semi-structured data, flat files).
    · Design and build live dashboards and reports, help the business analyze the data points, and extract actionable information with tools like Tableau and Power BI.
    · Responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting on service operations for Enterprise IT Applications.
    · Act as the escalation focal point: when an incident requires a higher level of engagement, ensure various stakeholders are engaged and aware of the escalation request.
    · Organize and drive meetings with the application support and functional teams to review current activities and improve operating processes.
    · Conduct guided training sessions for various software or platforms.
    · Identify and develop Subject Matter Experts within each functional area.
    · Produce work instructions related to various software applications, providing content for Procedure Matrix, training material, and knowledgebase articles.
    · Develop and conduct audits for the functional areas to ensure process standardization and compliance.
    · May serve as a change agent to identify the organizational improvements needed, design systems to implement those improvements, and train/motivate others to use the systems.
    · Understand the vendor technology roadmaps, and assess how they can be applied to meet Honeywell needs or operational efficiency.
    · May be responsible for input to developing cost analysis, design considerations, resource impacts, and implementation timelines.
    · May oversee or lead the evaluation and selection process for application packages. Performs functional and performance testing, and maintenance
