    Opening for a Customer Success Associate to maintain relationships with our customer base consisting of Supermarkets, Specialty Food and Natural Food stores all across the United States and around the world. You will maintain contact with our well-established customer base, uncovering their needs – sales, technical and administrative – through conducting regular business reviews and listening to their needs. You will be developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and business owners and enabling them to get the most out of their retail system. You will act as a liaison between all departments at STCR to ensure customers’ needs are met and resolved swiftly, determining the key people needed to resolve open items and to follow through until completion.

    • Conduct regular business reviews with customer base

    • Assist in scheduling technical demonstration as needed
    • Respond in a timely manner to all customer needs
