Opening for a Customer Success Associate to maintain relationships with our customer base consisting of Supermarkets, Specialty Food and Natural Food stores all across the United States and around the world. You will maintain contact with our well-established customer base, uncovering their needs – sales, technical and administrative – through conducting regular business reviews and listening to their needs. You will be developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and business owners and enabling them to get the most out of their retail system.
