The Business Development Representative II assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Being a Business Development Representative II requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or marketing. Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. In addition, Business Development Representative II typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Business Development Representative II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Working as a Business Development Representative II typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
