    • Understand‌ ‌and‌ ‌utilize‌ ‌full‌ ‌functionality‌ ‌of‌ ‌database‌ ‌and‌ ‌mapping‌ ‌software‌ ‌such‌ ‌as‌ ‌Discoverer‌ ‌(Oracle‌ ‌SQL),‌ ‌MS‌ ‌Access,‌ ‌MS‌ ‌Excel,‌ ‌and‌ ‌MS‌ ‌Power‌ ‌BI.‌
    • Develop‌ ‌custom‌ ‌queries‌ ‌to‌ ‌provide‌ ‌data‌ ‌analysis‌ ‌in‌ ‌new‌ ‌ways‌ ‌and‌ ‌present‌ ‌results‌ ‌to‌ ‌senior‌ ‌leadership.
    • Monitor‌ ‌and‌ ‌analyze‌ ‌casino‌ ‌marketing,‌ ‌casino‌ ‌operations,‌ ‌food‌ ‌and‌ ‌beverage,‌ ‌and‌ ‌hotel‌ ‌KPIs.‌ ‌
    • Analyze‌ ‌demographic‌ ‌and‌ ‌gaming‌ ‌data‌ ‌trends.‌ ‌
    • Identify‌ ‌prospecting‌ ‌opportunities‌ ‌and‌ ‌provide‌ ‌recommendations‌ ‌to‌ ‌maximize‌ ‌potential‌ ‌profits.‌ ‌
    • Provide‌ ‌database‌ ‌support‌ ‌for‌ ‌all‌ ‌casino‌ ‌marketing‌ ‌programs‌ ‌and‌ ‌casino‌ ‌operations‌ ‌(Audit,‌ ‌Cage,‌ ‌Slots,‌ ‌and‌ ‌Table‌ ‌Games).‌ ‌
    • Assist‌ ‌department‌ ‌heads‌ ‌to‌ ‌configure‌ ‌and‌ ‌monitor‌ ‌property‌ ‌systems‌ ‌and‌ ‌applications‌ ‌such‌ ‌as‌ ‌Konami‌ ‌SYNKROS,‌ ‌Visual‌ ‌Matrix,‌ ‌Aloha,‌ ‌UltiPro,‌ ‌and‌ ‌G-Suite.‌ ‌
    • Identifies‌ ‌areas‌ ‌of‌ ‌opportunity‌ ‌across‌ ‌various‌ ‌departments‌ ‌and‌ ‌creates‌ ‌programs‌ ‌to‌ ‌improve‌ ‌current‌ ‌policies‌ ‌and‌ ‌procedures.‌
    • Complies with established security policies and procedures. Informs supervisor of any concerns.
    • Within the realm of the responsibility of the job, maintains a clean and safe work environment. Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes use of safety equipment. Incumbents are responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of unsafe conditions, as directed. ‌
    • Performs‌ ‌additional‌ ‌duties‌ ‌as‌ ‌requested‌ ‌by‌ ‌management,‌ ‌including‌ ‌special‌ ‌projects.‌ ‌
    • Performs‌ ‌all‌ ‌responsibilities‌ ‌in‌ ‌compliance‌ ‌with‌ ‌various‌ ‌federal‌ ‌and‌ ‌state‌ ‌regulations,‌ ‌and‌ ‌in‌ ‌compliance‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ ‌Colorado‌ ‌Limited‌ ‌Gaming‌ ‌Act‌ ‌and‌ ‌Colorado‌ ‌Limited‌ ‌Gaming‌ ‌regulations,‌ ‌Internal‌ ‌Control‌ ‌Minimum‌ ‌Procedures,‌ ‌and‌ ‌all‌ ‌internal‌ ‌policies‌ ‌and‌ ‌procedures.‌ ‌

    $70,000 annually based on experience

    Experience

    Required
    • 2 - 5 years: • Minimum of two years experience in database marketing in the gaming industry or another field. • Demonstrated understanding of casino/hotel marketing and operations. • Experience writing database queries using MS Access, MS SQL, or similar tools. • Knowledge of Konami SYNKROS or similar casino management/player tracking systems preferred. • Outstanding customer service.
