Business Intelligence Manager manages a business intelligence team centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making.     JOB SUMMARY:

    The Manager of Development and BI will lead the technology, reporting and BI teams assisting in deploying applications, systems, and processes, as well as identifying improvement opportunities to maximize the impact for our healthcare clients. Also, the Manager of Development and BI will lead the current team that is responsible for developing innovative technologies to further the objectives of our clients. This position requires identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving both internal system problems, and potentially, external customer-related system opportunities to enhance our development offerings. The role requires a blend of technical and business knowledge in the healthcare space, including insurance payers, provider organizations, healthcare clearinghouses, and more.

    This role has tremendous opportunity to grow and advance within the organization. We are looking for someone that can lead and guide the organization but is hands-on and willing to drive change by bringing new ideas to the table!

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
    1. Manage data intake from our clients to be processed by our systems for reporting and use by our operations team. Using close attention to detail to determine the accuracy of data before initiating development processes.
    2. Delivery of KPI reporting for internal use and client facing reports.
    3. Reporting analytics regarding client performance. Work closely with Operations leadership to refine these reports to come to conclusions and make decisions.
    4. Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for advancement of our reporting and analysis capabilities.
    5. Explore where AI may provide benefits to the performance of our organization.
    6. Provide additional support to users where needed.
    7. Manage internally developed applications.
    8. Other duties as assigned.

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    1. Extensive knowledge working with Healthcare data, familiar with EMRs such as: ECW, NextGen, Athena, Intergy, Epic, Cerner, and Meditech Expanse
    2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    3. Systems/Application support experience
    4. Healthcare Data Transformation
    5. Ability to be organized and decisive while under pressure, when managing urgent and critical production issues as and when they occur.
    6. Team Player - able to interface/liaison effectively with a variety of technical/non-technical contributors throughout the organization and work closely with the Operations Management team.
    7. Logical approach, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause(s) of a problem.
    8. Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
    9. Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    10. Experience with advanced SQL Coding
    11. Familiar on using and building API


    PREFERRED SKILLS:
    1. Healthcare: Insurance, Provider, and Technology.
    2. Associates/Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of relevant experience
    3. Technology and/or application support
    4. Experience with Azure cloud environments
    5. Advanced SQL
    6. Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, PowerBI)
    7. Java, Visual Basic, MQ, SWIFT, shell scripting

    Work In-Office 2 days per week
