    The Select Group is seeking an experienced Banking Business Analyst to join a top 5 Canadian financial institution for an exciting project within their Financial Crimes Unit! Please review the details below and apply today!

    Position: Business Analyst

    Company: Banking

    Duration: 6-12 months

    Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid - 2 days in office per week)

    Start Date: Dec 2nd 2024

    Interview Process: 1 round - 30 min (virtual)

    Project Highlight

    • 2 large projects: revamping case management tool and incident management
    • Additional on-going projects within fraud - FCU. Need to be able to simultaneously work on multiple projects at once.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience (facilitating requirements gathering sessions, documenting business requirements).
    • Preference for candidates with either Cybersecurity or Fraud experience.
    • Experience facilitating working sessions with large number of stakeholders (10 ); communication with senior leadership (e.g. Director level).
    • Experience with leading requirements for medium-to-large initiatives.
    • Minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience with either a major Canadian or US Bank.
    • Experience with business process mapping; demonstrated understanding of customer or user impact.
    • Should be able to maintain comprehensive documentation that supports traceability and ensures adherence to governance guidelines for auditing purposes
    • Must be available for hybrid/remote work (available for partial in-office, downtown Toronto).
    • Understanding of data security, cloud security, vulnerability and incident management, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cyber Governance etc).

    Responsibilities:

    • Gathering. documenting, and leading end-to-end business requirements on how customers are impacted/customer procedures.
    • Facilitating working sessions with large number of senior internal/external stakeholders
    • Process/workflows, follow SDLC artifacts
