Business Process Specialist jobs in Lake Oswego, OR

Wright Business Graphics, a 50 year company in the printing industry is seeking to hire an energetic and self-motivated individual to handle Payroll and HR, as well as some upper level accounting duties, and will operate out of our Portland area office. This position will require exceptional attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively with other team members, and someone who can maintain a high degree of confidentiality. This is a full time position and has the potential for a long-term opportunity.

General responsibilities and requirements include:

• Processing and importing payroll weekly with appropriate notification and reporting to corporate office. Printing, dispersing and reconciling paychecks bi-weekly
• Maintaining all employee files, and responding to inquiries as needed.
• Complete all benefit changes with regards to new hires, open enrollment, and monthly reconciliations
• Handle all HR related tasks such as worker’s comp, employment verifications, recruiting, and FMLA
• Be willing to assist with resolving employee disputes and disciplinary actions as necessary
• Work directly with corporate accounting for month-end financial requirements such as Journal entry prep, account reconciliations, and inventory management
• Maintaining petty cash box and reporting
• Establishing a positive working relationship with supervisors and corporate teams
• Utilizing available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with JD Edwards software is a plus, but not a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
