Sales Support Specialist

Duties:

• Support Sales Operations by providing detailed prospective businesses information in our territory
• Research prospective businesses online presence
• Research proper licensing information for prospective businesses within Virginia and North Carolina
• Evaluate opportunities for revenue growth
• Utilize advertising platforms to prospect businesses
• Utilize social media platforms to prospect businesses
• Use a database system to input researched business
• Deliver valuable and timely reporting to Sales Management and Sales Operations
• Process completed Business Applications for submission

Qualifications:

• Self-starter
• Familiarity with data platforms and CRMs
• Ability to examine data from multiple sources to determine whether a potential business meets BBB qualifications
• Highly organized
• Time-management skills
• Ability to ensure task, milestones and goals are met according to defined timelines
• Proficiency with Word, Excel
• Availability to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm
