Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls as well as inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries.
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about products or services
- Conduct data entry to accurately record customer information and interactions
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to address their needs and concerns
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
