Call Center Agent jobs in Plymouth, WA

Help support one of the largest credit unions in the state of Washington! We are hiring for call centers in different locations and are looking for energetic team members who are passionate about providing the best customer service. There is possibility to work remotely after 90 days.

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle 40-50 inbound calls a day assisting members
• Answer general account inquiries and perform account maintenance, provide timely follow-up resolution
• Identify other credit union products, promotions and services to members; generate referrals

Job Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience in any industry
• Go-getter and positive attitude
• Ability to navigate through different systems & possess technical aptitude

Locations: Richland, Spokane Valley, and Lynnwood, WA - ability to work remotely after hired permanently (3 month contract-to-hire)

Schedule: M-F 9am-6pm; rotating Saturdays
