    Requirements

    • Strong probing and investigatingskills.
    • Attention to detail for accurate casemanagement
    • Fluencyin Spanish and English both verbal and written
    • Previous experience in customerservice
    • Passion for customer serviceand delivering empatheticresponses.
    • Selfstarter with the ability to workindependently
    • Act as a brand ambassador embodying the Home Improvementbrand.
    • Ensure the security of customers information andwellbeing.
    • Pass a background check and drugscreening.
    • Commit to 1525 hours per week (some clients may have weekendrequirements).
    • Ensure a quiet distractionfree workenvironment.
    • Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client(laptop or desktop).
    • Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certificationtraining).
    • Have a hardwired broadbandinternet service (DSL Cable or Fiber Opticconnection).
    • Must be able to p purchase a call center noisecancelingheadset connecting to your computer via USB.

    Experience : Minimumof 2 years in a customer service role. Home Office Setup : A quiet,professional workspace is essential.

    Ambient noise should beminimal to ensure focus and professionalism. Internet Requirements : A stable, high-speed internet connection (75 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) is crucial.

    Please note, that WiFi connectivity isincompatible with our client applications; an Ethernet connectionis required. Communication Tools : Must have a phone readilyavailable for support and assistance.

    Educational Background : Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. LanguageSkills : Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking,is a must.
