  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered four (4) year college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social or behavioral science, human services or resources, or counseling, education, vocational rehabilitation, educational rehabilitation or a related field AND one (1) year of experience working with youth; OR
    • Completion of a minimum of sixty (60) semester credit hours in a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university AND three (3) years of experience working with youth.

    DUTIES The position of Career Exploration Specialist designs meaningful career experiences for Grades K-12 students that enable students to grasp professional skills: career shadows, internships, career days, business tours, college tours, career speakers and learning experiences with industry professionals that empower students to transition into post-secondary studies and career pathways.

    STARTING DATE As Soon As Possible

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $39,310.00 - $42,647.00 per year
