Carpenter constructs, maintains, and remodels buildings or related structures. Installs, fixes, or modifies all aspects of a building, including walls, ceilings, floors, and stairs, as well as related structures like railings, doors, windows, and air conditioning systems. Being a Carpenter follows blueprints and plans to ensure requirements and specifications are met. Observes all worksite safety procedures and guidelines. Additionally, Carpenter inspects buildings to determine repair that needs to be done. An apprenticeship and/or formal training may be required. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Carpenter works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Service Doctor Remodeling and Design is seeking assistant carpenters
We're seeking individuals to join our team in our start-to-finish interior and exterior remodeling, new construction and commercial services business.
We do not require experience in carpentry for the assistant carpenter position as self-study and on the job training is available. It is desired and pay will be dependent on experience. We do require the following:
Pay is $15-$20/hour dependent on experience. There will be monthly reviews to track progress and will come with a pay increase based on performance.
