Being a Carpenter follows blueprints and plans to ensure requirements and specifications are met. Observes all worksite safety procedures and guidelines. Additionally, Carpenter inspects buildings to determine repair that needs to be done. An apprenticeship and/or formal training may be required. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Carpenter works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Carpenter is an experienced and trainable laborer skilled carpentry in multiple areas of residential and commercial rebuilding with experience in insurance restoration work. Must be able to communicate on a high level during the reconstruction process. This position reports directly to the Project Manager. Individual should have reliable truck and tools to complete work at a high skill level.
Base Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour, based on experience
