Responsibilities

• Assist the team leader in executing daily tasks
• Maintain open and positive communication with team leaders and area managers
• Contribute to team and individual productivity
• Perform basic landscape services including turf maintenance, pruning, weeding, plant health care, and debris removal
• Participate in seasonal tasks such as snow removal and spring/fall cleanups
• Ensure punctuality and proper uniform attire
• Adhere to safety protocols by wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Responsible for the care and proper usage of equipment and crew mobile

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $16 to $21 per hour.
