Job Description: As a Registered Nurse with our ADHC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our participants. You will be responsible for:

• Performing examinations and health assessments.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring, recording, and interpreting patient vital signs and medical history.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and maintaining up-to-date medical records.
• Adhering to strict infection control protocols and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Offer specialized care to geriatric patients, including those with complex conditions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in conducting thorough physical examinations and health assessments.
• Experienced in administering medications, including inhalation therapies.
• Familiar with durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in electronic medical record systems, such as Cerner.
• Specialized skills in dementia care and management.
• Understanding of laboratory procedures and interpretation of results.
• Familiarity with mammography screenings and patient education.
