Wesley House Family Services is a nationally accredited not-for-profit organization dedicated to protecting and nurturing children and strengthening families with services spanning Monroe County, Florida. Social services provided by WHFS include: Full case management, Intensive preservation services, Enhanced-in-home services, Intensive family reunification services, Prevention & intervention services, Foster care & adoption services, Health families Monroe and Inez martin child development center.

Full Case Managers will be doing-

• Providing direct case management services (voluntary or court ordered)
• Home visitations
• Participate in dependency court proceedings
• On call responsibilities on a rotational basis
• Documentation

The successful Full Case Manager candidate will have-

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study or a Master’s degree in social work or related area of study
• Experience in social services
• Independent decision making and flexible scheduling
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
