Reporting: Provide regular and accurate reports to the executive team, reporting on sales performance, market trends, and team development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Extensive experience in technical sales leadership, with a focus on environmental, process, and safety instrumentation. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
