Assists in the development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Being a Cash Management Service Supervisor collaborates with service representatives, account management, and sales to provide technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. Additionally, Cash Management Service Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Position Summary:
The Cash Receipts Clerk (CRC) is responsible for all actions related to client associations cash receipts and accounts receivable activities including but not limited to collect and post daily payments, process daily client associations deposit, post lockbox and ACH payments, generate monthly reports, and assist with
AR inquiries. The accuracy and timeliness of the Clerk's actions, teamwork and a positive cooperative attitude in the conduct of the Clerk's job are of the highest importance.
