  • MCIM is hiring for a remote-based Partner Manager. As the Partner Manager, you will represent MCIM and develop a new partner channel business with key strategic partners to drive key revenue goals for the company. You will manage our partnerships from development to launch and ongoing partner management to drive growth. You will identify, build, nurture, and grow these partnerships, meeting key business metrics via various partner programs, and marketing, and drive revenue growth via collaboration and sales with partners.

The qualified candidate will have a good mix of skills that include an ability to understand a variety of partnerships and their value propositions, strong business acumen, and communication skills to build and deepen partner relationships, an ability to work effectively cross-functionally with both internal and external teams, and a desire to drive significant growth of our business.

As the Partner Manager you will:

    • Research and identify new strategic partners in the Enterprise Asset Management space. Such partners should already have a number of customers where they provide overall Asset Management Services. Such services that they provide should be largely via manpower rather than computer based systems. They must not have their own (competing) products that are similar to MCIM as they would just be in conflict with us.

    • Target is mid-tier partners in this space.

    • Articulate our value proposition and benefits to the partner. Enable product presentations with their technical and senior management teams to get them excited about MCIM products. Clearly show them the business benefits of selling MCIM tools in addition to their own manpower offerings.

    • Close them on committing to sell MCIM products.

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with each new partner, including their license and services margin expectations, their investments and commitments especially with regards to their sales efforts.

    • Work with both our and their partner legal/management teams to conclude and sign a partner contract.

    • Be responsible for all aspects of partner management, prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessments and ongoing partner management.

    • In conjunction with Marketing develop partner sales playbooks and other collaterals to enable an accelerated partner onboarding and training program to get them up to speed to sell the MCIM offering. Ensure this is enabled by appropriate MCIM teams e.g. SE’s, Services.

    • Maintain regular direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value. Work with them closely on all sales opportunities and engage on joint sales calls as required. Coordinate requirements for additional sales support from MCIM SE’s, Services team and Senior Management.

    • Work with the partner on developing new leads and progressing them through the MCIM sales process and sales stages. Ensure all opportunities are entered into Salesforce and all activity linked to that opportunity is kept constantly up to date. Drive sales pipeline from joint GTM with partners, referrals, and Co-marketing.

    • Drive the partner to progress all opportunities and stay close to their sales and technical teams on every opportunity that the partner is working on.

    • Be accountable for partner success metrics and partner growth.

    • Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing the company's goals.

    • Engage partners with periodic meetings to review pipeline, develop and review growth initiatives, and drive awareness of company's products / milestones and stay top-of-mind with them. Include senior Sales management in these reviews on at least a quarterly basis.

    • Operate with little oversight, being both an executor and strategic thinker.

    • Hit partner quarterly and annual sales targets.

To be successful in the role you must possess:

    • Overall 5-8 years of experience with 4 years of strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and driving revenue growth via global strategic partnerships in a SaaS firm.

    • Experience working for/with an Enterprise Asset Management company desirable.

    • Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals.

    • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally

    • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results
