**Position Overview:**
As a Hospice Chaplain at Lifelong Hospice Care Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing spiritual care and emotional support to our patients and their families during their end-of-life experiences. You will be responsible for conducting evaluations and follow-up visits, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of holistic care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct spiritual assessments and evaluations for patients in the Camarillo, CA area.
- Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive spiritual care to patients and their families.

- Offer grief support and counseling as needed.

**Qualifications:**
