QA Analyst

TELCOR Point of Care (POC)
TELCOR QML® is a middleware software system providing comprehensive point of care data management to more than 2,500 hospitals and thousands of ambulatory locations across the United States. Responsibilities
- Writes, maintains, and executes test plans to validate enhancements and corrections to the TELCOR point of care applications
- Creates schedules and timelines for each assigned project and maintaining those timelines while communicating with other team members and management
- Writes and maintains customer and internal documentation for TELCOR point of care applications
- Maintains design input documentation for enhancements to TELCOR point of care applications, including:
- Enhancements to the existing applications
- Development of new device drivers
- Provides support for installation, implementation, and support personnel, including troubleshooting customer complaints and software issues
- Participates in all necessary POC meetings
- Follows all defined POC processes and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in writing system test plans and execution of those test plans
- Strong workflow analysis skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, learns independently and naturally inquisitive
- Strong interpersonal skills; listening, speaking and writing
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to effectively assess the situation and think beyond the impact of the moment
- Able to work outside published business hours (as necessary) to deliver completed projects at committed timeframes
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Work effectively in an open office and team environment
- Proficient with Windows Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- PC computing experience (e.g. Microsoft Office, Windows operator systems)
- Bachelors degree or relatable experience
- Experience with HL7 and ASTM data transfer, preferred
