Chemical Dependency Director directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chemical Dependency Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Sunday- Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6AM-6:15PM
    • Sunday- Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6PM-6:15AM
    • Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 6AM-6:15PM
    • Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 6PM-6:15AM

    What You Will Do In Your Role
    • Operate simple equipment and sophisticated PLC-controlled equipment.
    • Use a variety of hand & power tools, work instructions, and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly mix membrane solutions.
    • Prepare, sample, transfer, clean up, and dispose of chemicals used.
    • Report issues with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to management
    • Perform data-collection, record-keeping and update production logs.
    • Comply with all policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the KSS Quality/Manufacturing/Safety/HR Systems


    The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements:

    • Experience handling and/or mixing chemicals, product ingredients, or food ingredients.
    • Maintain a strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing all required PPE.
    • Perform tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for duration of assigned 12-hour shift.
    • Wear all PPE which includes hearing protection, eye protection, and safety toe work shoes.
    • Complete job functions in a wet environment
