Chemical Plant Operator jobs in Alaska
Chemical Plant Operator controls equipment and systems that process chemical substances and materials into products. Operates equipment and monitors the production process to ensure efficient and safe output. Being a Chemical Plant Operator follows standard operating procedures and performs in process quality checks to identify and resolve issues during processing. Troubleshoots problems with equipment, respond to system notifications and makes required adjustments as needed. Additionally, Chemical Plant Operator enters required production data and information into logs. May unload or move materials. Follows all procedures for safe material handling and required safety gear. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or team leader. The Chemical Plant Operator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. FieldBridge Energy is looking for a Bulk Plant Operator to work on the North Slope in Alaska (Prudhoe Bay) . Work is with the largest oilfield services company in the world.

Pay Rate : $21 / hr. Plus a great opportunity for Overtime pay. Your weekly paychecks will average $2,300 / wk.
Shift and Rotation Details : 12 to 16 hours on a 3x3 rotation.

Job Overview :
Bulk plant operator duties include mixing fluids for rig operations, ensuring the correct amount of product is used as per the engineering recipe, shipping fluids from pits to upright tanks, trucks, to the rig itself, as well as to the pits, and ensuring the correct valves are lined up so the fluids make it to the proper destination.
Mixing product with 50lb sacks as well as blowing in with bulk systems while maintaining excellent quality control and by company policies and procedures.
