Plant Laborer

• Monitor the operation of anaerobic digester plant's pumps, motors, and other equipment; read gauges, dials, and other instrumentation; maintain and update accurate logs of plant operations.
• Interact regularly with delivery truck drivers and logistics team.
• Learn to analyze lab results to ensure the plant is operating correctly and effectively.
• Inspect plant equipment and facilities to locate necessary repairs and perform required maintenance to plant equipment with the assistance of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Be able to learn standard principles of biology, chemistry, and mathematics.
• High mechanical aptitude, experience working with machines and the ability to troubleshoot plant processes to come up with creative solutions to remedy problems.
• Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
