Job Description

Our Portable Concrete Plant has and immediate opening for a Plant Operator. Responsibilities include operating a computer system that controls the functioning of the plant, communicating with field personnel on project requirements, setting up, tearing down and daily maintenance of the plant, storage bins and supporting equipment, and additional laborer duties, as needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude
• Self-directed nature
• Effective communication skills
• Computer knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Class B CDL or willing to obtain
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others
• This is a seasonal position based out of Brooklyn, Iowa that requires travel.
