Position Summary: The Executive Assistant II is responsible for providing diversified support and customer service to the organization's Chief administration in the form of comprehensive executive level administrative support and office management in a professional and courteous manner. This position demonstrates flexibility and teamwork in managing his/her area of support, uses appropriate judgment and maturity in dealing with a variety of situations and performs proactively with minimal direct supervision. This position performs functions of a confidential nature requiring a high level of professionalism and ability to effectively interact with Adena Health System governance, executive leadership and representatives of external organizations. This position has access to confidential information including physician, patient, board and employee information.
Required Educational Degree: Associates degree Major/Area of Concentration: Secretarial Studies or Business Administration.
Required Experience: 5 years administrative support experience in a professional environment.
