Position Summary
Working closely with the other members of AMG’s senior leadership team and reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer of AMG International, the Chief Financial Officer helps to shape and implement overall organizational direction and strategy. In addition to demonstrating spiritual leadership, the Chief Financial Officer provides exceptional financial, operational, and business leadership, ensuring AMG exercises excellent stewardship of its resources. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all fiscal management matters affecting AMG, making sure that there are sound policies and processes in place to assure accountability and regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, long-term financial and organizational health and that information is readily available to make sound strategic and operating decisions to advance the organization’s stated mission, vision and goals. In addition, the Chief Financial officer oversees and directs AMG’s publishing division, as well as the operational needs of the AMG home office, including building operations and information systems.
Responsibilities
· Execute and advance the Vision and Mission of AMG International, and ensure the ministry adheres to the founding principles and values
· Provide financial and operational leadership for the organization
· Ensure there are well-understood policies and processes in place to efficiently and effectively carry out, monitor, and control financial transactions, practices and assets
· Provide clear and relevant information to support leadership in making good strategic, operating and investment decisions for the organization
· Maintain good relations with outside entities engaged in financial transactions with the organization
· Oversee the publishing division and ensure it operates in a sustainable fashion and advances the overall mission of AMG

Position Qualifications
· At least five years of experience in a senior leadership role
· CPA designation and/or MBA degree preferred
· Current experience and knowledge in financial accounting and reporting standards
· Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
