Position Summary: As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CR Onsrud’s financial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with CR Onsrud’s long-term goals.
• Identify growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and drive profitability.
• Provide insights to the executive team for informed decision-making.

Financial Management:

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize working capital and manage debt efficiently.
• Drive the annual budgeting process, working closely with the sales team and department heads.

Tax, Audit, Insurance:

• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance.
• Manage tax planning, reporting, and filings.
• Oversee insurance programs

Business Analytics:

• Lead data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks.
• Create accurate cash forecasts to guide financial planning.

Risk Management:

• Assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Experience with Epicor, Prophix, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Proven experience as a senior finance executive in a manufacturing or technology company.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Location: Onsite at CR Onsrud headquarters in Troutman, NC
