Duties will entail working as or under a project manager to complete engineering projects ranging from water systems, sewer transportation and treatment systems, drainage, roadway and traffic as well as site and subdivision design.

Are you a Civil Engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions? We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position where you will be challenged to design and oversee a variety of civil engineering projects, including water systems, sewer and drainage designs, roadway design, and subdivision design. Responsibilities:
As a Civil Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing detailed designs for water systems, sewer, drainage, roadway, and subdivision projects.
2. Preparing and presenting technical reports on project progress and results.
3. Conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
4. Collaborating with project managers and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Applying expert knowledge of design principles and practices in civil engineering.
6. Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
7. Addressing problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Ensuring all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Civil Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water systems, sewer, drainage designs, roadway design, and subdivision design.
3. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
4. Proficiency in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
5. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
