    Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator Job Summary:

    Riverview Retirement Community is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator for our RiverCare and RiverTherapy services. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless coordination of Home Care Aides, Therapists, and Homemaker assignments.     Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

    • Mission Support: Uphold and actively promote Riverview’s mission to provide quality, efficient, comprehensive, and effective client services.
    • Performance Improvement: Participate in and support the agency’s ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
    • Policy Compliance: Adhere strictly to all agency policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in all actions and decisions.
    • Confidentiality: Safeguard the confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information at all times.
    • Safety Promotion: Actively promote a safe environment for clients, staff, and the office.
    • Scheduling: Efficiently schedule service visits according to the directions of the supervisor or designee, ensuring timely and accurate assignments.
    • Client Intake: Assist with the referral and intake process for clients requiring agency services.
    • Insurance Verification: Verify third-party insurance coverage as needed to ensure appropriate service provision.
    • Timely Coordination: Ensure all visits are scheduled promptly, with appropriate staff assigned as needed to meet client needs.
    • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and foster a positive work environment.
    • Reception Duties: Serve as receptionist/operator as needed, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for clients and visitors.
    • Client Satisfaction: Assist in obtaining and managing client satisfaction surveys to continually improve service delivery.

    Qualifications


    Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator Job Requirements:

    • Must have a high school diploma or GED
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Prefer at least one-year in-home service scheduling or medical office experience
    • Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/family and ability to listen without imposing personal values or beliefs
    • Must be able to follow instructions to complete work as assigned
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality about clients receiving agency services
    • Maintain current state driver’s license and a dependable insured automobile, if needed
    • Demonstrate computer literacy and able to use scheduling software
    • Prefer experience with PointClickCare (PCC) and Net Health
    • Experience working in a high stress environment with multiple demands
