We're searching for a diligent Administrative Professional to provide support within our growing Real Estate Team. You’ll be responsible for all transaction management as well as effective communication with clients, escrow, lenders, contractors, and other relevant parties. We are looking for someone with strong database management skills. This entails consistently adding to the teams' database CRM, tracking growth, creating and managing email/mail campaigns, and cleaning up the entries. Applicants should be extremely thorough, organized, and efficient as well as possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Bonus if you have experience marketing a brand through community events, print, and other digital mediums.
