    THE ROLE:

    As a Client Relationship Manager, your main responsibility will be to work closely with our VP of Sales to establish, maintain, and strengthen our company's relationship with one of our healthcare accounts. Your role will involve building long-term relationships with all the stakeholders involved in this account and resolving any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction. As an excellent communicator, you should be able to understand customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we would love to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to help us retain and grow our customers in this account. 


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Become an expert in our products and services to the healthcare industry 
    • Cultivate strong relationships within this account to learn their portfolio of projects, and earn their continued business
    • Provide high-quality customer consultation and service to ensure client satisfaction. Work closely with internal GAA design, and project management teams throughout the entire project process
    • Visit client locations–role could include up to 50-75% travel
    • Schedule meetings with clients
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
    • Communicating with customers through various channels
    • Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions
    • Keeping records of customer interactions in CRM
    • Communicating and coordinating with team members as necessary
    • Work with the head of Business Development to outline strategies and tactics to increase inbound projects and sales from existing account
    • Work with the head of Business Development to create metrics that are tracked in the CRM, and produce reports from the CRM that are delivered and or presented weekly.  
    • Maintain exceptional records within CRM, including Account and Contact tracking, Lead Tracking with outcomes, and Activity (Calls, emails, meetings) tracking
    • Use sales and business development techniques to find and close projects through client relationship building and data mining, including phone calls, meetings, emails and other tools
    • Work with the Head of Design, as well as, the Marketing Manager as needed to create materials needed, obtain existing assets for email or mailing
    • Present our company to new potential clients within the account and within related A&D firms
    • Work with the team to create and develop customized product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
