THE ROLE:
As a Client Relationship Manager, your main responsibility will be to work closely with our VP of Sales to establish, maintain, and strengthen our company's relationship with one of our healthcare accounts. Your role will involve building long-term relationships with all the stakeholders involved in this account and resolving any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction. As an excellent communicator, you should be able to understand customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.
