Duties include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service to make our clients feel welcomed and appreciated
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for clients
- Coordinate and communicate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services
- Assist with client education by providing information on pet care, veterinary procedures, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate client records and update client information as necessary
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with clients
-Veterinary assistant/technician shifts may be available for qualified candidates
Qualifications:
- Experience in veterinary or other healthcare industry and managing multiple incoming phone lines preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and veterinary staff
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and records
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
