Preventative Health provides on-site employer Wellness services to employer groups across the state with a primary emphasis on the Treasure Valley. We are currently seeking a Clinic Coordinator /Client Services associate to join our fun, health-focused, high performing team. We are proud to be one of Idaho's largest providers of employer-sponsored Wellness programs and vaccinations.

Our company is seeking a Clinic Coordinator & Client Service associate with a background in customer service, the service industry and/or experience in the healthcare field. This is a Part Time position working in a dynamic role encompassing both the front side and back side of the business. The candidate who will excel in this role will be skilled in customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and check-in patients at offsite Wellness screening clinics and onsite office visits
• Quickly answer and properly refer questions and issues to appropriate team members
• Hold knowledge about services offered including Wellness and vaccine clinics
• Proficiencies in understanding accepted insurances and insurance co-pays
• Document and communicate accurately and appropriately
• Collaborate with Client Services and the clinical team to assist in company goals
• Proficient in social media and marketing
• Perform client outreach communication and clinic coordination prior to clinic
• Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
• Willingness to travel up to 3-4 days a week with 3-4 weeks’ notice within Idaho - travel lodging, per-diem, and transportation expenses are covered by Preventative Health
• Project management including clinic scheduling and logistics
• Reach out to existing clients and generate new leads and business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree- Preferred
• Experience working at a healthcare facility- Preferred
• Working knowledge of HIPPA regulations
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively
• Excellent documentation, communication, and computer skills
• Reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
