About the Role:
Support enterprise sales goals of Association products and services to accounting firms, companies and other interested organizations.
You Will:
Manage many daily operational tasks to support the learning sales process for all B2B clients
Follow defined Sales Operations processes relating to inbound call/email handling, lead routing, and post-sales operations activities
Resolving issues and inquiries sent to aicpalearning@aicpa.org or received by phone
Develop, qualify and route inbound leads to appropriate account manager or business development manager
Ensure complete and correct entry of client and opportunity information within CRM (Salesforce)
Enter and process orders on the same day they are received
Anticipate and quickly resolve or escalate product fulfillment issues to ensure delivery and high client satisfaction.
Provide first level client technical support for log-in issues, username and password requests, browser issues, course loading problems, or inability to run reports.
Content provisioning/deployment of on-demand courses for customers
Prequalifying leads
Provide client communications support, such as coordinating file transfers and form uploads, sending requested product information or sales literature, and other requests
Support business development managers and account managers in ensuring new leads and sales activities are captured and maintained in our organization's CRM and other systems
Create Salesforce reports.
Create client invoices promptly, including providing vendor and company information to clients
Coordinate with Accounting to review and manage Accounts Receivable reports to ensure collections
Maintain to assured processing of all sales, delivery of all client deliverables and a high customer satisfaction level.
Identify opportunities to improve internal and client-facing processes
