- Onboarding new clients
- Customer Service
- Establish and track monthly projections
- Work closely with our Insurance Agents on their accounts

Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer clients’ emails/phone calls and respond to their needs in a timely manner
- Identify needs of clients and provide insurance quotes for new/existing accounts
- Document, track and summarize established solutions/changes made to accounts
- Work with management to identify, track and report monthly, quarterly and annual goals and growth opportunities.
- On-board new clients
- Process and provide certificates of insurance
- Contact outside insurance companies related to account changes and questions
- Take payments on client accounts
- Other duties as assigned
