Evolve Med Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Manager for our new Staten Island Med Spa! You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals and support staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that all clinic operations are running smoothly, including creating exceptional customer experiences, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing inventory.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving business goals. You must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Sales Management
- Provide comprehensive consultations on treatment plans and educate clients on customized solutions for facial and body treatments, along with home care and product-based regimens.
- Build a loyal client base through financing options, membership advocacy, and proven results analysis, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement and manage client loyalty rewards programs, events, review generation and participate in community outreach/marketing activities to help improve client retention, client acquisition and reputation.
- Achieve and surpass individual and clinic key performance metrics, including sales, retail, upgrades and add-ons, average sales price, rebooking, and retention goals, consistently delivering exceptional results.
- Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and manage follow-up communications, thereby optimizing sales and client retention.
- Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, contributing to the ongoing refinement of sales strategies.
Clinic Leadership
- Responsible for driving and coaching team towards clinic revenue goals
- Conduct effective morning huddles to align the team, identify opportunities, and set actionable goals that drive results and contribute to achieving clinic revenue targets.
- Manage employee turnover and recruit quality candidates
- Enforce policies and procedures, provide feedback, and offer guidance
- Maintain a professional work environment and uphold business image
- Exhibit sound judgment and decision-making for the benefit of all stakeholders
- Model and reinforce company values, culture and standards of conduct, setting an example for the team in maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and customer-focused work environment
Customer Service and Retention

- Create seamless client experience by managing client flow, coordinating appointments, answering phone inquiries, and directing staff to accommodate multiple demands efficiently.
- Foster strong client relationships through high-quality service and individualized interactions
- Implement client retention processes and programs to encourage repeat business and client loyalty
- Manage and resolve client issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Develop strategies to re-engage clients inactive for over 90 days to revitalize clinic business
Administrative Operations
- Oversee all day-today organization and operational needs of the clinic
- Manage administrative duties, data entry, and cash-handling procedures
- Adhere to all HIPAA client privacy regulations including proper management of electronic medical records, sales records and lead records and ensure team compliance with the same.
- Monitor and manage employee scheduling standards
- Optimize client scheduling for maximum productivity
- Document refunds/cancellations promptly
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure cost-effective procurement while minimizing excess stock and wastage
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree with a major in business preferred or equivalent working experience
- Three to four years of background in Aesthetics, hotel, restaurant, dating or other service related industries
- One to two years of sales duties
- One to two years of supervisory experience
- Exceptional customer service and rapport building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Schedules are Monday-Saturday with evening requirements
