Clinic Receptionist jobs in Pontiac, MI
Clinic Receptionist is responsible for greeting and registering patients as they enter the admitting ward of a hospital or clinic. Provides phone, clerical, and data entry support including insurance verification. Being a Clinic Receptionist directs patients, visitors, and callers to appropriate parties and answers basic questions. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Clinic Receptionist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Clinic Receptionist possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Allscripts Pro EHR experience preferred
Knowledge of insurance
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work as a team and to multi-task with strong communication skills; have a positive caring attitude towards patients and a strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
