We are looking for an Interim Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care administration, with a focus on ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This is a temporary position with great travel opportunities, and all expenses will be paid.Requirements:
- Active Kansas NHA License
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the facility staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Oversee financial management and budgeting
- Foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery
