Where we’re based:

We are an entirely virtual company, and this is a remote opportunity. 

The opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Medical Scheduler to build and maintain schedules for all Midi clinicians. Working at both a strategic and tactical level, this person will work with clinicians so clinicians' schedules are built proactively and are accurate. 

Responsibilities: 

• Sole responsibility for building schedules for a team of 100 clinicians
• Daily monitoring of clinician schedules
• Management of patient waiting list to backfill patients as times become available 
• Rescheduling patients as needed
• Adjusting clinician schedules as needed
• Forecast clinical capacity and ensure leadership is kept informed so leadership can make strategic decisions 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 1 year experience working for a digital healthcare company is required
• Minimum of five (5) years as a Clinical Scheduler building clinician schedules in athenaHealth
• 5 years using athenaHealth required
• Proficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones
• Strong attention to detail
